api188 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on incorrect odds, bets that exceed maximum stake limits, or bets placed after an event has commenced (unless live betting is explicitly offered for that event).
All sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a wager. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds are locked for that transaction. In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds, api188 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the original Account Balance.
A bet may be declared void (and the stake returned) in the following circumstances: event cancellation, postponement beyond a published settlement window, abandonment, walkover, or where api188 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets including Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau draws, results are determined by the official draw outcomes published by the respective lottery operators. api188 is not responsible for discrepancies between draw results and third-party reporting.
Live dealer game outcomes are final once the round has closed. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, api188 will endeavor to settle the relevant round based on available game-server logs. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection.
